Delete your account and data

1. Delete it in the app

• Open My FamilyRx and sign in with your phone number.
• Tap More in the bottom bar.
• Tap Delete account.
• Confirm. The account and its data are deleted immediately, and it cannot be undone.

2. Or ask us by email

Email cedricluma@icloud.com with the phone number you signed up with, and we will delete the account within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm from that number first, so that nobody else can delete your household.

3. What is deleted

Deleting the account permanently removes your household's records from My FamilyRx: every person's profile (name, date of birth, sex, weight, allergies, conditions, kidney and liver values), every medicine and its schedule, the whole dose history, recorded vital signs, appointments, saved doctors and pharmacy, the household address, and the photos stored with them — medication-label pictures and profile pictures alike. Your sign-in record is removed with it.

4. What is kept

Nothing of your household is kept after deletion, other than anything we are required by law to retain. Two things are worth knowing:

• If you invited other people into your household, their own accounts and the records belonging to them are not deleted by your request. They keep their own data; ask them to delete their accounts the same way.
• We do not keep a copy for advertising, analytics or resale — My FamilyRx contains no advertising or analytics software at all.

5. Take a copy first

Deletion cannot be undone. Before you delete, More → Download my data gives you a file with your household's people, medicines, schedules, dose history and saved pharmacy, so you keep a copy of your own.
