Questions
Is it really one price for the whole household?
Yes. One purchase by any account holder covers every profile in the household and every caregiver invited to it, on every device they sign in from. Nobody has to buy My FamilyRx twice.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted, hidden or locked. Every medicine, person, schedule, dose, reading and appointment you recorded stays there, stays visible, and can still be exported in full. Every safety check keeps running. What stops is the paid tools — new AI label scans, the batch cabinet scan, extra caregiver invites, extra summary PDFs, the refill and expiry lists, and adding new vitals or appointments.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your App Store or Google Play account settings — the same place you manage every other subscription. Cancelling stops future charges and the plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
